Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (only for private events, subject to prior booking).
Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and a smooth experience.
Booking and Payment Policy
Bookings can be made through the following channels:

In Person: At the reception of deBest Massage Center.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.
The assignment of therapists will be handled by deBest Massage Center’s technical management, selecting the most qualified professional for the requested massage type. We reserve the right to change therapist assignments if necessary, without prior notice.
Booking Guarantee
To secure your reservation, we require your credit or debit card details. These will be used exclusively for:
Booking guarantee: Ensuring the availability of the reserved time slot.
Late cancellation or no-show charges: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, a fee of 50% or 100% of the service cost will be charged, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure and reliable platform. According to Stripe’s privacy policy, your card details are encrypted and protected. We do not have access to sensitive information such as the full card number or security codes, ensuring that your data remains secure and confidential.
Phone or WhatsApp Bookings
For bookings made via phone or WhatsApp, a 30% upfront payment is required to guarantee the reservation. This amount will be deducted from the total payable on the day of service. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Arrival and Punctuality
We recommend that clients arrive 15 minutes before their massage to fully enjoy the experience and ensure the smooth operation of our center.
Late Arrival Policy
A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed for delayed arrivals. After this period, the reservation will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled.
The management of deBest Massage Center reserves the right to shorten the session in proportion to the delay to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand and a waiting list, it is essential that clients honor their scheduled appointments.
Reservation Confirmation
All clients will be contacted 24 hours before their booking via phone, text message, or email to reconfirm attendance. Failure to respond will be considered confirmation of attendance.
Cancellation Conditions
More than 24 hours in advance: A full refund will be issued.
Less than 24 hours in advance: A 50% charge of the service cost will apply.
No-show: A 100% charge of the service cost will apply.
Additional Charges
The management of deBest Massage Center reserves the right to charge for reserved time in the following situations:
Interruption or refusal of the massage by the client for an unjustified reason: A 50% charge of the reserved service will apply.
Sexual harassment, verbal or non-verbal: The therapist will immediately stop the session, and 100% of the reserved service will be charged. The incident will be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Comfort, Respect, and Safety
deBest Massage Center reserves the right to interrupt or refuse service in the following cases:
Maintenance, cleaning, or operational reasons that prevent the proper functioning of services.
Inappropriate behavior, including verbal or non-verbal sexual harassment or any action that compromises the safety and well-being of therapists or other clients.
Personal Belongings and Valuables
deBest Massage Center is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable items. We recommend that clients avoid bringing unnecessary valuables.
Minimum Age Requirement
To book a massage: The minimum age is 18 years old.
To enter the premises: The minimum age is 16 years old, and minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you are 18 years old or younger.
Final Note
By booking a massage with us and using our facilities, the client acknowledges and fully accepts the above Terms and Conditions.
