Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (only for private events, subject to prior booking).
Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and a smooth experience.

Booking and Payment Policy
Bookings can be made through the following channels:

  • In Person: At the reception of deBest Massage Center

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot. The assignment of therapists will be handled by deBest Massage Center's technical management, selecting the most qualified professional for the requested massage type. We reserve the right to change therapist assignments if necessary, without prior notice.

Booking Guarantee
To secure your reservation, we require your credit or debit card details. These will be used exclusively for:

  • Booking guarantee: Ensuring the availability of the reserved time slot

  • Late cancellation or no-show charges

No upfront charge - payment is only made after your session via your preferred method (cash, card, or MB Way). However:

  • Late changes (less than 24 hours) may incur fees

  • No-shows will be charged as per our Cancellation Policy

Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure and reliable platform. According to Stripe's privacy policy, your card details are encrypted and protected. We do not have access to sensitive information such as the full card number or security codes, ensuring that your data remains secure and confidential.

In Person, Phone or WhatsApp Bookings
For bookings made in person, via phone or WhatsApp, a 30% upfront payment is required to guarantee the reservation. This amount will be deducted from the total payable on the day of service. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Arrival and Punctuality
We recommend that clients arrive 15 minutes before their massage to fully enjoy the experience and ensure the smooth operation of our center.

Late Arrival Policy
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for delayed arrivals. After this period:

  • Your session may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments

  • Delays exceeding 20 minutes will be considered a no-show

Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand and a waiting list, it is essential that clients honor their scheduled appointments.

Reservation Confirmation
All clients will be contacted 24 hours before their booking via phone, text message, or email to reconfirm attendance. Failure to respond will be considered confirmation of attendance.

Cancellation Conditions

  • More than 24 hours in advance: Free cancellation and 100% refund if prepaid.

  • Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of service cost will be charged.

  • No-show: 100% of service cost will be charged.

Additional Charges
The management of deBest Massage Center reserves the right to charge for reserved time in the following situations:

  • Interruption or refusal of the massage by the client for an unjustified reason: 50% charge

  • Sexual harassment, verbal or non-verbal: 100% charge (session will be stopped immediately and reported to authorities if necessary)

Comfort, Respect, and Safety
deBest Massage Center reserves the right to interrupt or refuse service in the following cases:

  • Maintenance, cleaning, or operational reasons

  • Inappropriate behavior compromising safety and well-being

Personal Belongings and Valuables
deBest Massage Center is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuable items. We recommend that clients avoid bringing unnecessary valuables.

Minimum Age Requirement

  • To book a massage: Minimum age 18 years

  • To enter premises: Minimum age 16 years (minors must be accompanied by an adult)
    Please inform us at booking if you are 18 years or younger.

Final Note
By booking with us, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
